   New customers can receive free samples for standard fasteners, with express charges covered by the client. Old customers receive free samples with express charges paid by us.

   Yes, we accept any orders and maintain stock for various fasteners, offering quick production and delivery.



9. What is your delivery time?
   
   If goods are in stock, we can deliver within 15 days. For larger quantities, delivery may take 25-35 days.



10. What is your packing method?
    
    Our standard packing is 20-25kg per carton, with 36 or 48 cartons per pallet. Customized packaging with logos is available upon request.



11. What are your payment terms?
    
    We accept T/T, L/C, D/P for general orders, and Paypal or Western Union for small or sample orders.
